Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the PacificLotto NZ Guide website and services (“the Website” or “the Platform”), creating an account or purchasing lottery tickets through us, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. • You may only buy tickets through a verified Account in your own name
• You are solely responsible for ensuring that your selections and draw entries are correct before confirming payment
• All prices, fees and charges applicable to ticket purchases will be clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction
• Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved payment methods and may be subject to limits, fees and processing times
• We may refuse, void or cancel transactions in cases of error, suspected fraud, technical malfunction or regulatory requirements

All financial transactions related to our lottery products are between you and PacificLotto NZ Guide and are subject to these Terms, our game rules and any applicable legal or regulatory obligations.

Prize Claims and Winnings

PacificLotto NZ Guide is responsible for managing entries, verifying eligible winning tickets and crediting prizes in accordance with our game rules and applicable law.

• Prizes will be credited to your Account or paid out to you in accordance with the rules of the relevant game and our payout procedures
• We may request identity and eligibility verification before releasing certain prize amounts
• You are responsible for ensuring that your Account details are accurate and kept up to date for prize payments
• Any taxes, fees or legal obligations connected with prizes are your responsibility and/or that of the relevant authorities

User Conduct
