Acceptance of Terms

• We are not responsible for tickets that are lost, stolen, or damaged after purchase
• All ticket sales are subject to availability

Payment Terms

• All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD)
• We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website
• By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time

Prize Claims and Winnings

The following terms apply to prize claims and winnings:

• All prize claims are subject to verification and validation
• You are solely responsible for checking your tickets and claiming any prizes
• Prizes must be claimed within the timeframe specified for each game
• We reserve the right to request valid identification and proof of age before paying any prize
• All taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner
• We may publicly announce winners' names and locations unless you request anonymity

User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of any third party
• Engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems

• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the past six months.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Responsible Gaming

PacificLotto NZ is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We encourage our users to:
